Contrary to what the so-called “internet experts” and “social media influencers” like to preach, promote, and sell you, there is no amount of exercise you can do that is going to make you leaner and stronger until you are getting adequate amounts of high-quality sleep – Plain and Simple as That!
The ONLY time the body can repair itself is during sleep. However, many of us struggle to get enough hours of sleep along with the quality of sleep necessary to rebuild the immune system, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones. As a result, we find ourselves sick, injured and/or gaining weight year over year.
